BIO RAD SC502 SEM Bench Top Sputter Coater , Au target & PSU. Tested Working.

This bench top sputter coater is guaranteed tested and working,

The glass cylinder and seals are in good condition with no obvious flaws.

The coater is also supplied with the optional CA 508 evaporation PSU for thermal evaporation, this provides a constant or pulsed, high current filament supply at 10V or 20V

It is not supplied with the thermal evaporation top plate accessory. We regularly refurbish and modify vacuum deposition systems and can quote for a replacement filament accessory if thermal deposition is required.

The coater is not supplied with a vacuum pump or pump hose or implosion guard but we would be pleased to quote for these, either new or used.

The gold sputter target pictured is part used and the coater can be supplied without it at a discount of £300.
